Prayers needed for Kattitude!!!

I just got a call from Katt, who was suppose to go home today, but she isn't able to. Dr. Zorn kept her for at least one more day because her hemoglobin is too low! They took her off the Heperin and I think she said upped her fluids through IV and will check her levels tomorrow. If they are still low tomorrow she will have to have a blood transfusion!  I'm really glad Zorn is cautious and kept her, but she is disappointed of course! She was really looking forward to going home to her own bed!  So, please keep her in your prayers that a transfusion won't be necessary and that she can go home tomorrow. Zorn is my surgeon too and he is the BOMB, so she is in good hands!!!  Here is the number again to the hospital 619-294-8111 and she is in room 502. I'm sure she would love to have some calls to cheer her up!  You can give some extra love on her support page if you want to, I know she will appreciate it when she does get home and gets to read all the love!  http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/members/status.php? N=H1147055414 I will keep you posted!  biggest hugs, Becky

Thank you for the update.  I know that she is in good hands and that a transfusion will not be necessary.  She'll be home in no time flat.  I have lifted her up in prayer knowing that God hears and will answer.

Wow that is too bad.  I am glad that they are keeping her and caught the problem.  She is probably asleep most of the time because of her problem.  I will wait and write her email when she gets home.   Thanks for updating us. Hugs, Diane
